Ways Women Orgasm

Dear Candis,

It may help women, who are comparing sex with masturbation, to appreciate that PHYSICAL stimulation (of the genitals) only leads to orgasm once a person has achieved PSYCHOLOGICAL arousal.

During masturbation, men use EROTIC IMAGES (sexual attributes of a partner) but women use EROTIC SCENARIOS (fantasies with a complex psychological context).

This explains why women do not buy pornography as men do. A partner’s nakedness and genitals do not cause female sexual arousal.

So women are likely to find orgasm during sex more elusive than men tend to, unless they can find some way of incorporating their fantasies into their sexual relationship.
