Your account information will be kept confidential and not used or sold for any reasons apart form sending you the products that you order. We will ship your order discreetly, in a brown box and a shipping label. Inside the box will be a packing list of the items you have ordered. On the packing list you will see the company name "Online Sales" and the shipping address that you enter when you place the order.

On your Paypal account and credit card bill the merchant name for your order will be "Online Sales"

Shipping costs are based on weight as follows:
Up to 1.5 pounds: $7.99
1.5 to 6 pounds: $9.80
6 to 12 pounds: $14.80
Sales are for the USA only.

Return Policy: We will accept unused product with return authorization approval number. Please do not attempt to return without contacting us first. Returns are subject to a 20% restocking fee. If you receive a defective product we will gladly replace it within 30 days of sale.
